An evening dedicated to the immune system's role in our health. Researchers from Aarhus University present new knowledge about the body's defence mechanisms in an accessible way for all interested participants.
The evening's theme revolves around inflammation and inflammatory responses, which affect common public health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer. You will also gain insight into how gender, age, diet and environment affect the immune system and its effectiveness.
From 5:30 PM, you can meet researchers, students and patient organisations at various stands before the presentations begin. Coffee, tea and cake are served throughout the event.
The evening's programme can be found on au.dk — registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
