Experienced is the fourth level of swimming school with two options: Experienced I lasts 45 minutes in the water, while Experienced II lasts one hour. Both groups work with the same content but differ in water time.
The instruction focuses on children developing new swimming technique skills across the three strokes, while maintaining the joy of being in the water. The emphasis is on building a solid swimming foundation through three main objectives: building on already-learned skills to swim three different strokes, learning self-rescue and first aid techniques, and being able to swim at least 200 metres including 50 metres on the back. There is still room for free movement and play in the water.
Training is led by experienced coaches and assistant coaches positioned at poolside. Organized by HEI Swimming. Free trial session available by registration. Held at Sølystskolen.
