The Eat-Grow-Make Lab is an open workshop laboratory dedicated to experimenting with the amazing possibilities nature offers. Here you can immerse yourself in plant dyeing, kefir cultivation, kombucha brewing, mushroom farming, sourdough fermentation, and much more — learning from people already engaged in these exciting projects.
Working with living organisms is a slow process, but that is precisely what the workshop is designed for — showing you how to get started. You will benefit from the experience of the established cultivation groups, and you have access to all the equipment you need. While workshops and targeted activities are arranged on an ongoing basis, the lab primarily functions as an open meeting place where you can discuss your projects, get advice, and work hands-on — whether your sourdough is struggling or your mushrooms have stalled.
Practical info: The workshop is open every Tuesday (except week 42). Admission is free.
