Experience an exclusive evening beneath December's stars through Denmark's largest functioning telescope. On this guided tour, you can explore planets, the Moon's craters, Saturn's magnificent rings, and perhaps even a distant galaxy.
The program adapts to weather conditions: if skies are clear, we use the observatory's powerful optics to reveal the heavens' treasures. If clouds obscure the view, we instead explore the observatory's historic interiors and share fascinating astronomical stories about life in the vast universe, current space exploration, and the site's heritage, accompanied by spectacular images from the world's great space telescopes.
Practical Info: The show lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Bring warm clothing—it can be chilly under the stars. Feel free to bring your own astronomy questions for the guide. Hot beverages (coffee, tea, cocoa) are available for purchase, but outside food should be brought from home.
