Welcome To Your Fucking Life is a bachelor production by Ask Mossberg Truelsen that explores young people's lives on the internet. The performance examines how people – particularly young people – spend increasingly more time online and seek communities in digital spaces.
Through staged scenes, the work explores the landscape the internet offers: algorithms that bombard with disturbing content, and how digital experiences can affect the mind and drive people to act in ways they might not in physical life. The piece offers a critical perspective on the contrast between the internet and the bedroom that was once a refuge of safety.
