Whiteout is a thought-provoking and life-affirming dance performance that won the Reumert Award for Dance Performance of the Year in 2025. The work explores feelings of loss, unbearable thoughts and society's taboo around suicide.
The dancers convey grief and longing through their bodies, while simultaneously staging hope and human connection. Through the balance between vulnerability and strength, the audience finds a path to recognise the power and deeper meaning of life.
