"Take a Breath: Well-being check-in" is a series of shared conversation sessions about personal well-being, where participants are invited to pause, reflect, and share what they carry in a safe and supportive space. The programme consists of 4 interactive sessions per semester and focuses on your relationship with yourself and others, meaningful connections in everyday life, and the value of presence and open conversation.
The sessions take place in the Multiroom at Studenterhus Aarhus, the space across from the basement bar, and are guided by psychotherapist-in-training Duy, who will sometimes invite qualified guests to join. The themes are 21.09: Connection & Friendship, 19.10: Self-acceptance, 16.11: Boundaries, and 14.12: Handling pressure. Each session lasts 2 hours, and sign-up is required.
