Floorball for everyone – whether you want exercise, love the game, or dream of tournament play. Lystrup IF Floorball welcomes all, from complete beginners to experienced players.
Training takes place three times a week with different focuses:
- Monday – Motion day: Physical activity, fun and good fellowship without performance requirements. All can participate regardless of level.
- Thursday – Team training: Mixed group of recreational and tournament players train technique, game and develop team spirit. Everyone is challenged at their own level.
- Sunday – Intensive training: For the ambitious with focus on high intensity, match preparation and tactics. The team prepares for tournaments against other East Jutland clubs.
The club provides loaner sticks for new members without their own equipment. Membership fee covers training, tournaments, referees and other operating costs.
